31 July. The Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus popularly known as the Jesuits, was celebrated with a Eucharistic Celebration on 31 July, at PUC Loyola hall.

Rev. Fr. Joe Tauro, former Provincial of Carmelites, was the main Celebrant at the Holy Mass. Rev Frs. Francis Serrao, Eugene Lobo, Swebert D’Silva, Stany D’Souza, Denzil Lobo, Vincent Pinto, and Melwin D’ Cunha were present on the altar on this auspicious occasion.

The celebration began with a brief introduction about the life history of the Saint. During the sermon, Fr Joe Tauro highlighted the Ignatian Values. At the end the audience was entertained with an enlightening skit by the members of the CLC (Christian Life Community).
