The AICUF inauguration was held on July 15, 2009 at 4:15 pm in the Xavier Block Auditorium. The Chief Guest was Ms. Michelin, a former AICUFer. The Preident Mr. Prashant Alison from the Department of Commerce was also present. The office bearers Milton Peres, SAC unit and Christabel D’Souza, co-convener were also present. The prayer song by the AICUF prayer group and the lamp lighting ceremony marked the inauguration of AICUF this year. This was followed by a talk by Ms. Michelin and the new members were sworn in. A powerpoint presentation on the AICUF report was shown. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Roydon D’Souza, Karnataka State Vice President AICUF.
