SAC to Screen Tulu Film “Suddha”

Worry and anxiety seems to have gripped Suddha-householdAl-Madhyam will screen the first digital Tulu film Suddha directed by P N Ramachandra on 18 Dec 2006 in the Xavier Auditorium at 4 p.m. The film is open to the public. The purpose of such a screening is to support good cinema and makers of quality films.

Mr P N Ramachandra, who made this award winning Tulu film has also directed some episodes of the teleserial Surabhi, telecast on Doordarshan. The director has been commissioned by the UNESCO to make a film on pre-marital-testing of HIV cases, which he has already finished shooting. Mr Ramchandra was the resource person for the recently concluded National Level Documentary Filmmaking workshop organized by the Department of Journalism, St Aloysius College.
